The replacement I had no concerns with other than the wall fixing are not really secure. Suitable wall anchors have taken care of the issue. This is not the fault if Letterbox you buy the manufacturer.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the replacement letterbox met your expectations and that you were able to secure it with suitable wall anchors.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the fixings, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and ensure an even better experience for our customers in the future. 😊 -

our property is a new build and we wanted something a little bigger and different from all our neighbours. This fits the bill perfectly for us, the choice of shape, size and colour gave us a bit to think about but we finally decided on the Allux 5000 in galvanised steel and we are so pleased with it.

Looks great on the wall and seems robust and well made. The price was higher than I expected to pay but after seeing some other manufacturer's boxes at local homeware shops, the quality of this one is way better. We recently had a new front door and opted for no letterbox due to how it always seems to get jammed open when items ate not pushed through properly. Looking forward to a less draughty hallway this Winter!

Well made and easy to use. -

It needs two to fix it as three hands are necessary to hold it to the fixings and screw them in. But it looks really good and the postman likes not having to use the letter flap at the bottom of the door.
