Welcome to the world of communal letterboxes! In this section, we’ll give you a little overview of each type of letterbox for flats. We hope you find a style and budget to meet your project requirements, but if not, please do contact us and we’ll do our very best to get you the multiple letterboxes you need.
We supply high-quality post boxes for flats, offices and other shared buildings. All our communal letterboxes are manufactured in Europe and are supplied with a two-year warranty.
You will get two keys for each box, as well as a master key. If required, you can request additional keys when ordering your multiple letterboxes. In addition, we will provide a reference number, so you can order at a later date. Not all communal letterboxes have keys, we also offer models with combination locks.
Our stock also includes adhesive numbers, enabling each occupier to identify which is their letterbox.
We have a great range of wall-mounted communal post boxes. Select the style and colour that fits with the building design.
The typical format for multiple letterboxes is three to six boxes in one block, which can be joined to fulfil higher volume orders. If you need a combination that we don’t have on the website get in touch. We may be able to manufacture a bespoke solution.
If the space for your communal letterboxes is limited, we have some narrower models.
Recess mounted letterboxes are a saving space solution! These front-in/front-out post boxes are built into a wall cavity. We provide trims to match the colour of the post boxes, along with two keys as standard.
If the size you need isn’t available on our website, we may be able to build a solution to meet your specification.
Rear access post boxes allow delivery into the front of the box, which is located outside the building. Tenants access their mail from the hold at the back, which is inside the building; genius! It means the postie doesn’t need to gain entry to the building, which saves them time and increases security.
Our front in/back out multiple letterboxes are perfect for flats, shared offices and student accommodation where you need to save space.

Student Accommodation Letterboxes
Protecting belongings isn’t always a top priority for students. That includes the food they store in the communal fridge and the keys to their post boxes. To prevent the problem of mislaid keys we find that many student accommodation managers opt for letterboxes with combination locks. We can also supply a master key (in case of any alcohol-related amnesia!)

No space in the building for multiple letterboxes? No problem. Our external post box range is designed to stand up to the great British weather! We hold multiple models in stock or we can customise boxes for larger orders.
