    Log in with that email. You get a one-time code by email, so there's no password to remember.

  4. Order

    Open My order, adjust quantities and click Add to cart with trade discount. Check out as normal.

Do I need an account first?
No. Apply with the email you want to use. Your account is created the first time you log in with it.
Can I order products that aren't on my list?
Yes. Add them to your cart as usual, then add your order from My order. Trade pricing covers the whole cart, and nothing already in your cart is removed.
How do I change what's on my list?
Change quantities on the page each time you order. To add or remove products, email us.
What about personalised products?
Products with house numbers or custom text aren't part of saved lists. Order them from the product page as usual.
