This was rather tricky to install (no fixings supplied). The top holes are located behind the mechanism for the top hatch. So the box has to be held in position with the front door and top open whilst marking up and fixing. Quite a challenge if working solo! The box is surprisingly flimsy for the price - I expected something much more robust. If the surface you are fixing to is not perfectly flat the box will deform and not operate smoothly. I had to add to extra packing pieces to mine to correct for this. The size is perfect and it does look very smart. I just hope the paint finish is as weather resistant as they claim and it remains looking good.

We do recommend that installation is carried out by two people, as this can make positioning and alignment much easier, particularly when marking and fixing. While we take pride in the robustness and sturdiness of our products, we also understand that a flat, level surface is important to ensure everything operates smoothly when installed using the fixing kit provided. In cases where the surface is uneven, we would recommend speaking with a local hardware store, who can often advise on suitable fixings, or solutions to help with leveling the surface to achieve a secure installation.

Good size and easy to mount. Could benefit from a few mods: A self-closing door as well as the lock; a flag to indicate a delivery and a small deflector to stop lying water getting in when you open the door.

I'm sorry to say that, although I have no complaint about the service, the product is quite flimsy, almost impossible to attach to the wall. My partner, a professional carpenter, found it very difficult. The holes are inaccessible because of the flap; it's really a two person job as one person can't hold up the box, open the flap and position a marker on the holes or a screwdriver
