I have not actually had the letterbox fixed to the wall by our front door yet but it arrived very quickly and it looks lovely and is an attractive design. It seems quite big, so hopefully will hold quite a lot of letters although maybe large, thick brochures might not fit but it is rare for us to have those. The colour is lovely too - blue.

Expected the box to come with name on, instead came with stickers which were not easy to attach

We try to make it as clear as possible at the time of order that the self-adhesive decals are supplied as a separate item for at-home application. This allows you to place the decal exactly where you want it and also ensures that, if for any reason the product isn’t right for you, you have the option to return it. Nice large wall mounted letterbox - fits A3 envelopes and 4 screws to secure to the wall. Well painted, and nice steel construction. Pretty green colour. Over all everything perfect. Easy to install. Not tested it for weather resistance yet, but it looks great on the front of the house. Would recommend the company and product.
