We're extremely happy with our new letter box. It looks smart as well as being a high quality product built to withstand the weather elements. We wanted a letter box that could withstand both the rain and the sun. Some products we researched on other websites could only guarantee one or the other or worse neither! We were happy to pay more than the cheap products advertised on Amazon, mainly mass produced in China, which reviewers said faded in the sun after 2 months and let in rain leading to post being soggy and damaged. I love Letterbox for U for using real people for their customer service enquiries ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and for using materials/products from Europe to reassure me that the product I order is of high quality and durable.
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're delighted you're happy with your new Kestrel wall mounted post box in Anthracite Grey. A good outdoor letter box needs to cope with both rain and sun, and the Kestrel is built to keep your post dry and its colour looking smart for years to come. It's also lovely to hear you value speaking to a real person. Every enquiry at Letterbox for U is answered by our own team, so we're always here if you need us. Thank you for choosing letterbox4you!
