Overall, I am very pleased although I was expecting a slightly wider flap for thicker post or small parcels although I understand that any larger may encourage theft.

We bought a W3-3 large postbox in dark grey to be fitted on our new dark grey aluminium fence. Post box arrived very quickly, extremely well packaged. The post box is a quality, well made product and the dark grey colour is very on trend.
Instructions look clear and all fixings were supplied.
Haven’t fitted yet but I can’t see there will be any problems.

Good design. Surprisingly large. Can hold lots of post including magazines and weekly newspaper. Some small parcels also fit through the posting hole. Good fixings. Comes with two keys to open the back. Good colour and quality.

The letterbox came with little sharp pins in the opening slot, which would have damaged the mail going in. The problem was reported and a replacement was sent promptly

Well finished product that is easy to install and does the job.
Two areas of possible concern.
1. Rain water drips from roof of box on to letters when opened. I will have to make/fit a rain deflector above the box or wipe the top before opening.
2. The box material is very thin. Hopefully it will survive many years of damp weather.It is really nice to hear that you found installation so easy!The lid of the W3-3 is sloped to try and help the rain run off but we appreciate your feedback and will take it on board.

I purchased a Rear Access Letterbox with trim to fit in my 7ft solid gates, if I had thought about it or even rang letterbox4you, they would have advised me and I would have bought another trim for the inside of the gate. the Letterbox is strong, only opens from the front so mail keeps dry, safe from any one trying to remove mail and I bought it big enough for magazines, all in all just the job and would recommend to others.
