This seems a very good quality construction, more substantial than many other makes, and the 12 year anti corrosion guarantee is reassuring. The dark grey finish looks very elegant. Worth noting that a small hand maybe able to reach far enough into the posting slot to extract larger letters such as A4 resting in a portrait orientation.

Very easy to fit and a good size for most letters and small packages, which was what we wanted. Easier for the Postie too as the box is at waist height replacing a ground floor letter box in the door.

Very good box. Time will tell. The lid is a little stiff and I expect certain post men etc will leave the lid open in the up position . As it is used it may loosen and drop shut on its own. Time will tell if I may need to modify it to drop shut on its own .

I think the letterbox is well made, but a little overpriced for what it is, for that kind of money I think it should be fully waterproof as well as weather resistant, also I would have thought fixings would have been included.

We do supply fixing kits with our individual wall mounted letterboxes. I'm very sorry to hear your fixing kit was not included on this occasion, and I would also like to thank you for bringing this to my attention. We would've been very happy to rectify this for you but I understand you no longer require a kit as you have used your own fixings.

There is limited choice for wall mounted boxes, for instance we needed the hinge on the other side but you can’t get that. It is also only possible to fit the baffle to a very limited range. High security one was considered but in the end decided wasn’t quite needed. Also be aware that the keys are provided inside the box so you have to shake it to get them out, make sure you’ve done that before mounting the box!
Company has taken this on board and will look into it for future designs. Impressed! -
