All communication was clear and there was plenty of information on the item's description to make sure I was purchasing what I needed. The customer team kept me in the loop regarding the purchase and the delivery and I received the package without any issues. No dents or marks on the parcel box itself and the keys to open it weren't forgotten. My builder put it up and didn't tell me about any problems with it and mentioned it seemed good and sturdy. One of my neighbours already came to me to compliment it and ask where I bought it! The colour is exactly like our windows/front door as well, which was one of the main reasons I went for this brand as I wanted the colours to match. It's been up for a week and we've received some post and small parcels already and so far so good! Overall a very happy customer here!
