    looked great but was NOT weatherproof. The mail is still getting wet which is really annoying coz it was bought to replace one which allowed letters to get wet.

    Very good letterbox well made and robust modern design, only one small issue one of the pins holding the letter flap on was loose so it fell off. Easily sorted blob of glue.

    I love the wide flap and the quality of the paint job... and the overall aesthetic is very good. It will go well with both modern and more traditional doors. It isn't entirely obvious which way round the shelf inside is supposed to go - and there were no instructions with the postbox, nor on the website... in fact it isn't needed at all if the box doesn't get rained on. The other thing to note is that there are only 3 screw holes; that makes it easier to install but also means each one supports quite a big load, so be sure to use heavy duty screws (with washers if you aren't using pan head screws).

    The box is very smart and of good design and size. Our only reservation is that the fixing screws are not meaty or long enough, so we used our own. Also the flap rattles noisily in the wind so we fixed a small rubber pad to the flap to deaden it a bit. We are, however, very pleased with our purchase.
