A striking, colour-led installation designed to make an immediate impact within the development, combining a bold Ruby Red finish with thoughtful, resident-focused functionality.
Working closely with the client, architect, and main contractor, we helped take this project from initial concept through to final installation.
Throughout the design process, we explored a range of options, carefully considering the day-to-day experience of the residents who would be using the letterboxes. Key considerations included user accessibility, traffic flow within the space, optimal mounting heights, and how the surrounding layout could be refined to create a more practical and intuitive environment.
By collaborating with all stakeholders, we were able to develop a solution that balanced functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
To ensure complete confidence in the final finish, we supplied samples in the bespoke paint colour selected for the project. This allowed the client, architect, and main contractor to review and approve the striking Ruby Red finish before production commenced.
The result is a bold and eye-catching installation that perfectly complements the development's design vision. The colour choice has proven particularly impactful, helping to create a standout feature within the building.
The development also featured on the BBC's Interior Design Masters, serving as the backdrop for a series of apartment transformations by the show's contestants.
