A returning customer approached us to provide a secure, externally wall-mounted letterbox solution for a residential development in our hometown of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Working closely with the customer, we proposed two suitable options from our European manufacturing partners, ensuring they had the flexibility to choose the solution that best met their requirements. Careful consideration was given to the available installation space, ensuring the chosen letterboxes would fit comfortably within the allocated area while delivering an attractive, practical, and secure postal solution for residents.

Whilst it is common for us to supply spare letterboxes to enable banks to be configured into neat, symmetrical layouts, this customer required an exact number of letterboxes. To accommodate this requirement, we worked closely with our manufacturing partners to design and produce a bespoke bank containing precisely the number of letterboxes needed, without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.

Throughout the project, we maintained regular communication with the customer, providing updates during the manufacturing process and ensuring expectations were managed at every stage. The letterboxes were supplied within the agreed timescales and delivered exactly as planned.

The end result was a high-quality, durable letterbox installation that complemented the development, provided a reliable postal solution for residents, and met the customer's exact requirements while being delivered on time and to specification.
